Ben Whitworth
Hello troops, my names Ben & I’ve been a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years. Starting my journey in the army where I served 6 years; 3 of which were spent predominantly in the gym as a physical training instructor, with our main push to ensure that our soldiers were fighting fit & operationally effective. After completing my service, I moved to Northern Ireland and worked with several individuals from general health and wellness to athletes such as boxers and a professional footballers. After achieving what I wanted in Northern Ireland I fulfilled a dream of mine and moved to Australia, where I had an amazing opportunity to work in disability, working with international wheelchair rugby players & adaptive CrossFit athletes.
My own training experience: I’ve competed in multiple CrossFit competitions all over the world. Represented England at world level powerlifting. I've also boxed & coached the regiments team in the army & have a jiu jitsu blue belt.
My main aim as a personal trainer is to not only help you achieve your health & fitness goals but to transform the way your view yourself & what you believe you can & can’t do. I want to provide you with the tools that can not only help you succeed inside the gym but will spill into every aspect of your life.
