I have always had a passion for fitness, I believe it has the power to change anyone’s life, no matter who you are. I’m here to help you achieve your particular goals, whether this be improving your strength, losing weight, increasing muscle size, improving endurance levels or general fitness, I’ll make it happen!

I’m a REP’s registered Personal Trainer; my job is to help you reach your desired targets and give you increased confidence with the way you look and feel. I’m not the typical Personal Trainer; my methods are...well let’s say different; however I always make it enjoyable while still making sure you’re working hard (you may think I’m evil with what I throw at you, but it will all be worth it! Trust me!)

Since I joined the gym, I’ve never looked back. I’m always progressing, believe it or not I used to be overweight and wasn’t comfortable with myself, so I did something about it. My own personal journey to achieve my goals is what inspired me to become a Personal Trainer. I want you to feel confident in yourself like I do now, you can achieve things that you may never have thought you could.

In the beginning, it can be really tough to have the confidence to get yourself going, but when you know what the final results can be, you won’t want to stop.
