I'm Bea, a little Italian girl, extremely funny and always smiling.

I was born a dancer, an artist: I grew up in a fitness and artistic environment and started teaching dance at the age of 15.

I am a “wild child” therefore strength, flexibility, body-conditioning, calisthenics, core, mobility and bodyweight training are my fundamentals.

I have always trained and challenged myself with a wide variety of activities on top of my daily routine, enjoying heavy weightlifting for bodybuilding and strength.

Thanks to my experience I can guarantee you results and really make you the way you always dreamed you'd be.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer as well as Nutrition Advisor and Fitness Instructor, Gravity Pilates instructor, Sport Masseur Therapist, and GP Referral Instructor.

I never stop learning and improving my skills whilst researching new methods of teaching the body to move. I have specialisations in body sculpt, supple strength, core stability, learning disabilities, foam rolling, gravity Pilates, exercise to music and lots more to come!
