As an ex-gymnast and dancer recently-turned powerlifter, embracing the
incredible things your body can do is crucial in my approach to training.
Achieving things you never thought you’d be able to - like your first pull
up or press up, or a new personal best - bring indescribable feelings of
empowerment and reward, helping you love and appreciate your body at
EVERY stage of the journey.


With simple daily healthy habits, ongoing support to keep you
accountable & motivated, a whole load of tasty recipes and training
sessions that deliver the perfect blend of challenge, chat, and cheer, you
will be set to WIN each day… and by focusing on winning each day, you
will soon realise that the biggest accomplishment is not the end result,
but undergoing the process to get there. You will enjoy and appreciate
the journey so much more when you are not so fixated on where you
want to be, but rather, focused on being better than the day before!
Throughout this process, you’ll also learn to value the benefit of exercise
OUTSIDE of your fitness goals… I’m talking greater mental resilience,
boosted self-esteem & confidence, recognising your worth & setting
healthy boundaries, and of course, carrying all the shopping bags in with
just one trip ;)
