Ariff Khan

Having been through my own health and fitness journey, I have firsthand experience of working with a personal trainer. I found the whole process invaluable it has changed my outlook on life and inspired me to help others do the same.

I know the gym can be quite intimidating, especially if your new to this environment, let me support and guide you through the whole process. My aim is to work as a team and help you find solutions for you training needs. We can work out a plan that is individually tailored to make the most use of your time and energy.

A lot of people think that exercise is hard work and a means to an end, that’s not the case exercise can be fun and exhilarating! When you notice the little changes like an increase in fitness and strength it feels really good!

My aim is to help people celebrate their bodies, what they can do and what can be achieved. People will genuinely be surprised by the results.
