Hi my name is Cruz, I am a Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience in exercise and nutrition and helping clients achieve long lasting results. My background is in Martial Arts, Cross Fit and Calisthenics and I also spent 4 years in the Army.
I first became a Personal Trainer to better understand my own body and how to get the best out of it and now I enjoy educating other people about their body. I am passionate about improving peoples lives and helping them see that they can achieve anything they want.
I am full of energy ready to motivate you to succeed!
Every individual is different so I create a unique program for each client that targets their personal goals and is tailored to their strengths. I work with my clients by focusing on mental strength as well as physical strength. We will work together to understand what your goals are and how we can achieve them.
