With four years of dedicated training, I've embraced health and fitness into my day-to-day life.
My own training primarily focuses on strength, although it has now evolved to incorporate more cardio training. this is due to my participation in the Croyde sprint triathlon in 2024, where I'll be competing to raise funds for cancer research.
I take immense pride in my personal fat loss journey, a challenging process that I openly share on my social media platforms. It's a story of determination, and I hope it inspires others.
This journey has driven me to pursue a career in the fitness industry, enabling me to guide and support others in their quests for better wellbeing.
From my experience I have learnt that meaningful progress stems from discipline and commitment. Beyond sharing my knowledge on fitness and nutrition, my approach extends to teaching the self-discipline needed to change your lifestyle for the better.
