Along with my sport and fitness education, I have more than 19 years of involvement in the fitness industry, many years of martial sports, canoeing and four years of championship in bodybuilding and fitness competitions.

The eleven years' of experience as a Personal Trainer has given me a deeper understanding of different body types and demanding individuals. I take pride in achieving unparalleled results and delivering Personal Training to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

I am adept at designing realistic and effective nutritional plans to supplement the lifestyle needs of each client, whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or simply just improve your overall health and fitness levels.
