Health and fitness became important to me 15 years ago when my first child was born. Recognising and understanding the changes I had experienced ensured I was able to train effectively to lose my pregnancy weight, regain confidence and fuel myself correctly to meet the demands of busy family life. 15 years on and I haven't looked back. I know for certain exercise has allowed me lead an active, healthy lifestyle for and with my family.
