I've been training since the age of 15 and growing my knowledge on all training types and methods. This has allowed me to understand the hardships and struggles that come with new routines, growth, stagnation and failure. I have experience working with females who want to lose weight but to also develop muscle. This has helped me with teaching the importance of resistance training.
My knowledge of nutrition and dieting has been a constant battle of trial and error over the years in order to truly understand what our body needs to build muscle and lose weight/fat.
I take pride in pushing people to their limits in order for them to open their eyes and realise what they are capable of achieving if they put in the work.
