Alicia Knight

I came to health and fitness as an adult.  Having been an overweight child and a teen with an eating disorder – my body wasn’t too healthy and neither was my mind. 

I started out in classes and made my way to the gym.  With help from some great teachers and guides, I was able to achieve healing changes.  I’ve always liked doing strength work.  This, along with Yoga and Pilates has taught me lots of different ways to understand, strengthen and help the body.

I love working with people to help them feel good on the inside and  the outside.  I’m a great tour guide for the wonderful world of the gym floor.  There’s something special about seeing someone buzzed and full of energy after a session. 

I believe that fitness is for everybody. Wherever you are on your journey - starting out or wanting to push to the next level, we can work together to figure out your best way forward. 

I teach plenty classes at Pure so why not come along and say HI!
