My very first steps into the fitness industry started in 2013, when I joined my local gym to develop functional strength and muscle stability for Athletics. From my degree in sport science I have an in depth understanding of joint mobility, muscle stability and different training styles.
From experience of being someone who was completely new to the gym environment, I fully understand the psychological barriers that can be present when thinking about going to the gym as a beginner, and how they can so easily influence the decision making of not going.
I am here to help all beginners to the gym overcome psychological barriers, and reach any goals, no matter what they are!
