Hi I’m Alexis
I am a mum of 6 children. After having each child, I put on a substantial amount of weight. I became entangled with numerous different ways of weight loss, except exercise. I began to hate my body and with that came stress eating. I then began to consider exercise and enhancing my fitness levels.
I developed a sense of intrigue and passion for fitness. So, I decided to join the British Army, where I began my fitness journey.
In 2009 I left the Army. Upon leaving I began to pursue my interest in fitness and wellbeing. Through research and exploration, I began to gain practical knowledge and techniques. I studied and trained personal health and fitness and upon reaching the gym instructor (level 2), I continued with my studies to become a personal trainer (level 3).
I now have a significant amount of knowledge and experience to train myself and others. I have the ability to motivate and encourage people to achieve their personal or competitive goals. I am able to train people who are interested in bodybuilding, anaerobic exercise, muscle-building, physical exertion etc. Whether it’s weight loss, weight gain or muscle building, I can ensure that it is all possible plus more. I am able to heighten muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. This means I have the technique and skill to be able to train you to achieve any required goal.
My studies are still ongoing where upon completion I will be qualified to have GP’s refer patients to me.
