Alex Turton
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm just letting you know a little bit about myself. When I was in school my life revolved around sport and athletics. I was also part of a kickboxing club for seven years which started improving my fitness from an early age.
When I left school I went on to complete a BTEC in Sports Science and Coaching, but I then decided to pursue my other passion which was working in the British Armed Forces.
I served in the Army for just under five years and during this time I was part of the football team. I was also part of the company boxing team and fought for the Battalion.
During my competition I had to lose weight and maintain a high level of energy at the same time. As an added bonus I also got to see the world, being part of an Infantry Battalion. Over the years my fitness level and knowledge has increased massively and I look forward to passing on that knowledge and improving other peoples's fitness levels.
Being an ex-military soldier I'm extremely disciplined and have a high level of integrity. My PT sessions will be challenging but fun at the same time. I'm hard working but easy to get along with. There's no challenge too big and I'm here to help you reach your true potential.
