I started my fitness journey at the age of 16 and spent years struggling to make progress. With the information available on the internet, it is hard to decipher what works and what doesn’t. After years of work I eventually cracked the code and want to help you avoid the mistakes I’ve made as you progress through your fitness journey.
After studying to be an architect, I decided that I wanted to switch careers and focus on what I love most, helping people. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and opted to pursue a career in helping people achieve their dream bodies.
I am aware of the importance of nutrition and as it is something I am passionate about I am currently studying to gain my Level 4 in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance so that I am able to offer more support in helping my clients achieve their goals.
