My name's Alex!

Before 2015 I was overweight, eating junk, and felt like I was nowhere near fulfilling my potential. I had little discipline, motivation, or knowledge and knew that my body, eating habits, and lifestyle needed work. Eventually, I realised that a combination of self-control and consistency were necessary if I wanted to achieve the changes I envisaged for myself.

After adding bodyweight (calisthenics) and gym-based training into my lifestyle, I began to see and feel the difference. I recognised that 'working out is working inwards' - like a form of physiological hygiene that transfers into other areas of your life for the better.

In my ever-present studying of the sciences, I found the formula to naturally and effectively develop the body with exercise, nutrition, and rest as the foundations. My passion and experience enable me to empower my clients with the tools and relevant plans they need to achieve realistic targets and optimise their overall health during the process.
