As a qualified Counsellor and Personal Trainer, I take a more holistic approach to health and fitness which looks at your physical, mental and social wellness to ensure you’re covering all your bases and helping you get to the place you’ve always wanted to be.

To do this, I offer a selection of Monthly Wellness Memberships that incorporate a tailored combination of Personal Training, Counselling, and Consulting sessions based on your primary goals. Monthly progress is measured utilising a range of both counselling and personal training tools to ensure strong results all round!
