Having been in the fitness industry for 10 years and having done many different sports and different disciplines from MMA to bodybuilding to strongman, I have gained well rounded knowledge on how to work with different bodies and movement patterns in order to achieve my clients' ultimate goals.
Whether you’re a beginner in the gym, have had previous injuries, are hypermobile, or just need someone to keep you on track; I’ll work my hardest to get you to where you want to be and beyond! And most importantly, we’ll have fun doing it!!
