As a Personal Trainer, with more than 15 years' experience, I'll guide you to achieve your goal, pushing the limits of your body and mind with a mixture of training, nutritional advice and diet, adapted to your age and body type.

I'll train you to get stronger, gain muscle or lose fat in every session, by using weights, machines, circuits, kettlebells, boxing, bikes and other cardio machines.

I'm 100% dedicated to my clients and make sure that each session is personalised and progressive including my focus on your nutrition. I'm enthusiastic and love to make fitness fun in order to get the best out of my clients.
