I design and implement/coach exercise programs to enhance athletic performance, improve physical fitness, and prevent injuries in athletes.
So whether your goal is to take your general fitness to the next level or you need specific preparation for an event in the future, I’d like to work with you.

Having served in the Fire Service for the last 20 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge in Military and Services fitness.
My personal fitness journey has enabled me to build a wide knowledge base ranging from Rugby S&C, Triathlon, UltraFit ( circuit training competition ) Bobsled, Netball and Rowing.
