For years I didn’t know what direction I wanted to go in life. I dedicated a large part of my life to acting and being on stage. Pushing myself to be the best I could in this field caused me to find an even bigger passion of going to the gym. I was always known as the skinny guy that couldn’t put on any muscle, I know the frustrations of being called names and how that can affect your mind and become a barrier for success.
I have been through and am currently on my own journey of proving everyone wrong and showing that nothing is impossible when you put your mind to it. 3 years into my journey and looking back shows just how much my training has evolved from guessing from Youtube videos and having no clue to now ticking the right boxes and seeing results.
The Role of PT has evolved so much over the years, whatever your goal is I will help you get there, the aim is to make you the best version of yourself whatever that may be from losing weight to gaining strength or just gaining confidence in yourself. Your goal is personal to you and that’s exactly why I will make your training individualised to you! There’s no one size fits all in this industry!
