Hi, I’m Adam Collins, a personal trainer, Nutritionist, and master of jokes which aren’t funny. I run my personal training business called ARETÉ. I specialise in strength training, behaviour change and movement. If you want to be stronger, feel healthier and become more confident inside and outside of the gym, then I can help you.
I use a functional fitness approach (not the wobbling a little blue half-ball kind), where we use exercises which replicate those real life movement patterns that you’re going to use everyday. The reason behind this? It means that you can take these results outside the gym. My training will help you be ready for whatever the next day may throw at you, no matter what that may be.
