Let me quickly tell you a little bit about myself before I tell you what I can do for you. My passion for fitness started from a young age firstly playing hockey and then moving into football for 6 years. I first joined a Pure Gym when I was 17 and took an interest in weight training after learning how beneficial it was, as I was one of those girls who avoided the weights area. After educating myself and learning everything I needed to help with my own training I turned my passion into a career.
I am now dedicated to motivating and educating women who wish to make a change in their lives through the right guidance both in nutrition and exercise. I know how intimidating and daunting the gym can be for some people and I know and understand the frustrations of trying to achieve a goal, especially with fitness and not seeing results. With my support and guidance, we will be able to achieve your goals together.
