Back in the day, I had bad self-confidence issues which mainly stemmed from not looking how I wanted to.
Unfortunately, it took me several years to fix this. This is because I made the common mistake of not asking anyone for guidance! And we all know the gym can be a scary and confusing place when this is the case. The result is that I wasted many years trying to figure out what works through trial and error, achieving no results. This carried on until I reached out to a PT for help. And this decision was an absolute game-changer!
