week 8 strength workout
Finish your final week strong with this awesome strength workout with Lauren, Ivy and Marc. This week you’ll be focusing on unilateral training – working both sides of the body independently, to help with muscular imbalances. Each round has new moves, that you then combine into a power combo at the end.
week 8 cardio workout
Join Tim, Dean and Harley for your final cardio workout of the Healthy Heart Programme. Put all your hard work to the test and take on two final eliminator rounds, 40 second intervals and removing an exercise every time. Finish the workout strong with Tim’s cardio finisher, 60 seconds of all-out work before celebrating how far you’ve come on this journey with us!
