Week 7 is all about time under tension and muscular endurance in this timed pyramid workout. This fun challenge with Lauren, Ivy and Marc starts with 30 seconds of work and adds 10 seconds of work on each round. Once you reach the top of the pyramid, you start to remove time and work your way back down.

Work your full body and heart health with this week’s cardio workout with Tim. Move through three blocks, focusing on full, upper, and then lower body moves. For an extra challenge, each block is an accumulator, adding an exercise to the sequence every round while also reducing the work intervals.
