As long as you enter your PIN number both entering into the gym and out of the gym, you can attend the gym as many times as you like with a CORE and PLUS membership.

If you have an off-peak membership, you can access the gym only within your set hours.

For a Buddy member, you can attend the gym between 4 and 8 times a month depending on your gym location - you can find the exact number included in your Member's Area.
