It's really easy to unfreeze your membership, just log into your Member's Area, select 'Manage Your Membership' and follow the instructions to unfreeze.

It's immediate, so you can go to the gym straight away once it's unfrozen. Unfreezing before the original end date may mean there is a small amount added on to your next payment to cover your days in the gym for the rest of that month.
