The Healthy Hearts Programme is an 8-week programme designed to improve cardiovascular health, build strength, and promote overall well-being. The programme incorporates a combination of strength training, cardio workouts and yoga routines.

The programme is flexible, allowing you to complete it at your own pace and with minimal equipment required, you can complete from the comfort of your own home or at a gym!

We understand the importance of fueling your body, which is why we've provided heart healthy, tasty and easy to follow recipes for breakfast, main meals, desserts and snacks. There really is something for everyone!

  • You will need to download the PureGym app via the App Store or Google Play and set up a PureGym account.

  • The programme is completely free!

  • No, the programme is available to everyone, you just need a PureGym account to access the programme.

  • Don’t worry, we’ve tailored the workouts so that you can complete them at home and made suggestions of households items you can use if needed. You don’t need a gym to complete the program.

  • The programme has been designed as an 8-week progressive programme, however, you can take it at your own pace, there’s no rush to complete it within 8 weeks.

  • You will be asked to complete a health survey before entering the programme which will determine if you are able to take part or not.

  • PureGym and BHF are collaborating on other content that may be suitable for you, so watch this space!

  • No, the Healthy Hearts Programme will always be available even if you have completed the initial 8-week programme.
