Everyone and everybody is welcome at our great-value gym in Rochdale where you can reach your fitness goals without being hit in the pocket.

PureGym hits all the right notes in helping you become fit as a fiddle. We are open 24 hours every day of the year and there is no contract commitment either so you are free to come and go when you please. Our gym also has free parking*.

We want to keep PureGym a safe environment for everyone to work out. If you plan to train at night or during un-staffed hours (check your gym’s hours here), please read our unstaffed hours document here to ensure your safety when at the gym.

However, we’re sure you’ll want to stay around for a while because despite being a cheap gym we have all the gear and the loads of ideas to help you in your fitness quest. You’ll find more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment in all of our gyms, so jump on our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers; take a spin on one of our brilliant stationary bikes or get a big lift from our free weights.

Open 24/7

We know you're busy. That's why PureGym Rochdale is open 24 hours a day. In other words, if you fancy a workout before work, after work, during lunch or through the night we're here if you need us. And so you can leave ready to face the world again, make the most of the showers and changing rooms.

If you enjoy the thrills and spills of working in groups we also have a jam-packed timetable of free classes, so whether you get a kick from boot camp or love nothing more than a cardio work-out to boost your general fitness we have something for you. We also have a women only area and classes too!

We're extremely passionate about fitness at PureGym Rochdale. That's why we've packed the gym with everything you need to succeed. As well as over 220 pieces of state of the art gym equipment such as LIVESTRONG spin bikes by Matrix and vibrating Powerplates, we've hired the best trainers in the industry to keep you on track. BY CAR

If you're coming by car, pop OL11 1RY into your SatNav, follow the signs from the first roundabout, and park in our free unlimited on-site parking. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.

BY BUS

We're a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop at Tesco where bus 17 (Manchester) and bus 417 (Bolton) both run every 10 minutes during peak. From Tesco's head towards the Peugeot garage, go under the railway bridge, then follow the footpath on your left to the gym.

BY TRAIN

Rochdale train station is a 20-minute walk away. Turn left out of the station down Tweedle Street, turn left onto Boundary Street, walk under the railway bridge, turn right down Ashfield Street, then left onto Barn Lane. Turn right onto the footpath by the primary school, which will take you to the retail park.
