If you're keen to smash your health and fitness goal we're not about to let a little thing like age stand in your way! That's why, unlike other gyms, we're proud to open our doors to all 16 and 17 year olds.

Sign up today and you'll have access to more than 50 free gym classes and a huge free weights area. And because our memberships are contract-free, you can choose to end your membership whenever you want. 

In Club and Online Advice

Once you join, you'll receive a free induction where one of the team will explain exactly which exercises are best suited to help you reach your goal. You'll also have full access to the Members' area of our website, which contains online training guides and nutritional advice. You’ll also be able to manage your membership on the move using our free iPhone and Android app, which allows you to book classes. Oh, and if being told what to do motivates you, we’ll have plenty of personal trainers.

It's Easy To Join

Already a member of another gym in Nottingham? Don't worry, you can pause your gym membership with us for up to three months until your contract ends. Which reminds us, our gym memberships are contract-free. Tempted? We don't blame you.

Stay on track with your fitness goals

We now have a body composition scanner available in our gym so you can track your progress and get a reading of your body composition in under 30 seconds. Used by elite sports team, it’s a simple and easy way to picture where you are at with your health and your fitness goals. To add this to your membership, add this as a bolt on or upgrade to Plus membership.

The Square Shopping Centre is directly opposite Tesco. You’ll find the gym next to B&M and Peacocks.

This particular gym doesn’t have parking, but for members who do use the Tesco car park across the road please see below details regarding free parking times:

3 hours between 6am – 10pm

1 hour between 10pm – 12am

15 minutes between 12am – 6am daily & 6pm – 12am Sunday

Alternatively, the transport interchange (which is currently being built and will house the tram station, bus station and taxi ranks) is located opposite the ground floor gym entrance. The tram will run every 7.5 minutes and bus numbers 13, 13B, 13X, 20, 36, 36A, 36B, N34, N36, Y36, L10, L11 and 517 will all stop in the interchange.
