A polite note to PureGym Manchester Stretford members, please do not remove any equipment from the studio and drop or slam equipment within the studio. Please do not take any equipment to the upper level (all equipment should remain on the designated floors), and please do not drop or slam any equipment on the upper floor. We ask all members to follow this guidance for the safety of you and others around you.
PureGym Manchester Stretford has free parking with restrictions*. The layby in front of the gym is available for 30 minutes Monday to Sunday. Alternatively, the Centre has both surface and multi-storey parking facilities which is FREE* if you stay less than 3 hours. Please scroll to the How To Find Us section below for more information.

If you like to workout in a group you'll be spoilt for choice, as our fantastic class timetable includes spin, circuits, abs & toning, and group sessions within Pure Fit, our fantastic, multi-functional area suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll soon discover that Pure Fit is so much fun you won’t even realise you’re working out.
IN CLUB AND ONLINE ADVICE
Once you join, you'll receive a free induction where one of the team will explain exactly which exercises are best suited to help you reach your goal. You'll also have full access to the Members' area of our website, which contains online training guides and nutritional advice. You’ll also be able to manage your membership on the move using our free iPhone and Android app, which allows you to book classes and scan the QR codes on our gym equipment to watch videos explaining how to use them. Oh, and if being told what to do motivates you, we’ll have plenty of personal trainers.

We know you're busy. That's why PureGym Manchester Stretford is open 24 hours a day. In other words, if you fancy a workout before work, after work, during lunch or through the night we'll be there for you.
IT'S EASY TO JOIN
Already a member of another gym in Stretford? Don't worry, you can pause your gym membership with us for up to three months until your contract ends. Which reminds us, our gym memberships are contract-free. Tempted? We don't blame you.
How to find us
By Car
The layby in front of the gym is available for 30 minutes Monday to Sunday. Alternatively, the Centre has both surface and multi-storey parking facilities which is FREE* if you stay less than 3 hours. The Centre's car parks operate on a ticketless system where your number plate is captured as you enter the car park which means there is no need to get a ticket upon entry. When you are ready to leave, simply enter your registration number to a pay station if you have exceeded a 3-hour stay. The machine will then calculate your parking charge. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.

Multi Storey Car Park:
Monday - Wednesday: 7:00 – 18:30
Thursday - Friday: 7:00 – 20:30
Saturday: 7:00 – 18:30
Sunday: 9:30 – 16:30
You can also park at Lacy Street M32 8AA (open Monday to Sunday). Charges are 50p for up to 3 hours, and £1.20 for over 3 hours.
By Train
Closest Train station is Humphrey Park, 1 mile away from the gym (26 minute walk) From the train station, get on to the 23A, 256 (5 minute Journey) services run from 10 minutes .
By Bus
Stretford Arndale Bus Station
We have a bus station 1 minute walk away from the club, which covers Trafford and Manchester. They run frequently from 6 minutes during the day. Here are some of the main services
