What’s more, there is no contract when you take up membership so you will not be saddled by payments should you decide to leave. The only saddle you’ll be thinking of is the one you’ll be sitting on when you put our brilliant stationary exercise bikes through their paces.
50 FREE CLASSES A WEEK
Members can choose from more than 50 free classes which range from high-intensity group sessions like boot camp and combat to the slow-burning mind and body experience of pilates which will help you to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility. If you want to unwind and improve your movement, yoga classes are also available to members for free.
FREE MEMBER INDUCTION
Take up membership and you will also receive a free exercise induction which involves a fitness assessment, tips on how to make the most of your membership and a run-down of how the equipment works. If you’re interested but want to try us out first then make the most of our day passes which you can book online.
SPORTS WATER AND HYDRO MASSAGE
Boost your monthly membership with access to our sports water and hydro massage chair. Upgrade to Extra for £7 more per month to receive a daily massage and 500ml of sports water - available in 6 fruity flavours. How to find us
BY CAR
If you’re driving to the gym, our postcode is N10 3PJ and you can park in the Summerland Gardens car park behind M&S, right in front of the club entrance. Between 8am-6.30pm it’s £1.20 an hour, £2.30 for up to 3 hours and £3.70 for up to 4 hours. At all other times it’s free, including all day Sunday. There is also free off-street parking on Hillfield Park.
BY BUS
We’re also well connected with public transport. The 43, 102, 134,144, 234, 299, or W7 bus will drop you off nearby, and the nearest tube stop, Highgate (Northern line), is a 20-minute walk away.
