Welcome to our London Leytonstone gym
The gym has a free weights area, functional zone, cardio equipment and fixed resistance machines.
Memberships are flexible so you can cancel or switch gyms whenever you like. And you don’t pay extra for fitness classes; they’re all included in your membership.
Personal Trainers will also be available for one to one or group sessions.

How to find us
By car: Head south-west on Hollybush Hill/A1199 towards Lonsdale Rd. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto High Road Leytonstone/A106. The gym is visible from the side of the road.
Members can park for free for up to 3 hours at Tesco, a 2 minute walk away from the gym.
By train: Leytonstone tube station is a 3 minute walk away from the gym. Walk north on High Road towards Burghley Road. Turn left onto Church Lane and Leytonstone will be on your right.
By bus: Bus route 257 stops at stands W14 and W15 on Leytonstone High Road.
