How to find us
By car: The nearest car park is in Peglar Square, just 320m away from the gym. Open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday, £2 for two hours and £3 for three hours. You can park on Weigall Road weekdays, before 9am and after 5pm for free. It is also free all day on the weekend. If you're an Aldi customer (Kidbrooke park road), you get 90 minutes for free. Kidbrooke park road is free before 10:30 am or after 12:30pm weekdays and all day on weekends.
By bus: the nearest stop is by Sainsbury's (next door to the gym) where there's a regular service from bus 178 towards Lewisham and Woolwich.
By train: the nearest train station, Kidbrooke Rail Station, is a 400m walk from the gym. Head east on Weigall Rd toward Kidbrooke Park Rd/A2213, then turn left onto Kidbrooke Park Rd/A2213. Take a slight right to stay on Kidbrooke Park Rd/A2213, then turn right onto Henley Cross, turn right to stay on Henley Cross, then turn left, take the stairs and you'll see us on the right.
