Our gym in Hunslet is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment open 24/7 so you can work on your fitness whenever you want, and our memberships are no-contract so you can join and leave as you please.
Everybody is welcome, and for members who have access requirements we have a disabled toilet and shower available 24/7. We’re situated in City South Retail Park where members can get FREE on-site parking*.

Fantastic improvements
Great news! We've made some fantastic improvements to this gym. The gym now has a new functional area packed full of state-of-the-art equipment including a prowler track, rig and more. Enjoy your classes even more with a new enclosed cycle studio and an improved studio with new mirrors and LED lighting. We know how busy you are trying to balance work, home life and your free time, so we have made it easier to work out whenever you like by ensuring our gym is open 24 hours. That’s right, we never shut, even on bank holidays! Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird our doors are open round the clock and because our gym is remotely monitored you have the peace of mind that you’re always in safe hands.
No contract membership
It’s just as simple when it comes to contracts too - we don’t have them! Instead, when you join the UK’s leading gym operator we have a monthly membership which you are free to cancel whenever you like without paying a penalty. We have a number of membership options for you to choose from, including Off-peak membership, student membership and Extra membership where you can bring a buddy along! Top kit to make you fit
Our gym in Hunslet is packed with more than 220 state-of-the-art pieces of kit in a spacious and air-conditioned surrounding. As well as our superb indoor cycles, we have lots of cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers which come equipped with computerised monitors so you can get feedback on your progress. If cardio or fixed resistance machines isn’t your cup of tea, we also have a huge free weights area with an Olympic lifting platform and a multi-functional area called Pure Fit – all are great for toning up and for strength and conditioning.
First-class group fitness classes
If you prefer working out in groups then you’re in the right place. Our Hunslet gym has more than 50 free fitness classes available every week, from the high-intensity fat burn, circuits and boot camp to the low-impact stretch class which will leave you feeling relaxed from head to toe. For something different, get a kick out of our martial arts-inspired combat class which really packs a punch. How to join
To become a PureGym member simply join online. Click on the ‘Join Now’ link on the home page, select your gym, fill in your details and you’ll be on board once we e-mail you a unique PIN number. You can then book a free induction with a staff member who will show you the ropes and give you tips on the best form of exercise for you. But if you want to explore our gyms first, you can book a day pass and see all that we have to offer!
How to find us
BY CAR - FREE ON SITE PARKING
If you're coming by car, pop LS10 2BB into your SatNav and park in the free on-site car park. *Parking restrictions may apply. Please check in the car park before you enter the gym. PureGym is not responsible for any parking fines.
BY BUS
The number 61 bus will drop you off near Beza Street, which is just a 4-minute walk from our gym.
BY TRAIN
Leeds City Centre train station is a couple of miles away.
BY BIKE
If you fancy a warm-up before you work out, you can lock your bike to the racks outside the club.
