By Car: Pop IP3 9QJ into your SatNav and navigate to us on Hening Ave – you won’t miss us!

By Bus: The nearest bus stops are The Thrasher and The Raven, both a short 5 minute walk from the gym.
By Bike: You can find bike racks nearby to the entrance of the gym.
