We're a no-contract gym, which means you'll only ever pay one month at a time and have the freedom to cancel at any time. We doubt you'll want to though!

By Car: Pop FK1 1LW into your SatNav and navigate to Central Retail Park, where you’ll find us and can park for free on site!*

By Train: Falkirk train station is an 6 minute walk away from the gym.
By Bike: You can find bike racks located around the retail park.
