For the past 10 years fitness has been a huge passion of mine, this led me to study 3 years in college of fitness so that I could have a deeper understanding of Fitness, Health and exercise.
My main aim is not only to help you reach your goals but to implement lifestyle changes into place so that you are confident and knowledgeable to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
