Hello, my name is Zahran Alhosni. To many of you reading this, I am a brand new face at pure gym central, but I assure you, I am no spring chicken. I actually first entered the industry in 2017 at this very gym. I took a break in 2020 and returned at the beginning of 2023.
So I have plenty of experience coaching people, and helping gym goers reach their goals. My areas of expertise are boxing training, weight training, circuit training, calisthenics and weight loss.
I myself am an amateur Boxer and have been training boxing since 2018. Depending on when this is being read, I would have had either slightly under or slightly above 10 amateur fights.
I'm well aware that the majority of people I train won't necessarily want or care to reach that level of fitness, but nevertheless I believe it's really good insight for people that are interested, no matter what their fitness goals are.
