Hi my name is Vu
I became a personal trainer after being in the same shoes as many and had issues with my yo-yo training and dieting. I was stuck in phases of training and non- training, eating well and periods not so well that affected my well being.
I took action and stuck to a plan, established positive habits and saw results come. I gained confidence and it allows me to challenge myself further so I took on different challenges such as obstacle course racing, running marathons, cycling and triathlons to name a few.
I want to share what I have learnt and help those who want to achieve changes in their lives, overcome and conquer their obstacles. Or if you have or want to take on a new challenge, I want to help you so you can smash your event on the day.
