I was first introduced to calisthenics just casually browsing the internet, and I remember how impressed I was by all the amazing feats of strength on display and by how little equipment they needed to achieve these skills. I embarked on my journey on my own, with only the internet as a guide, learning from my mistakes, researching and adjusting accordingly.
Helping people was always something that brought me satisfaction and I`m a strong believer that a smile and a compliment go a long way in making someone`s day. Becoming a PT was the best choice for me as it enabled me to make a living from doing what I love while also having a positive impact on people`s lives.
