My fitness journey started when I was at an all time low. It was the year that everything seemed to be going wrong, I got made redundant and felt bad about myself both internally and physically after having my son, my body really changed.
I’m not a naturally athletic person at all! I started attending my local gym as I really needed to destress. The gym for me was my get away, my time for me, which then turned into my passion and my career. Training gave me back my energy and reinstalled confidence that had been lost for many years, now I feel so much happier and strong.
Fitness has done so much for me, and I find real joy in helping people to feel good within themselves whilst getting excellent results and meeting their specific health and fitness goals- no matter how big or small.
I’m a true believer in the fact that we are all individual as people and so your training plan should be supportive and reflective of that.
Making changes might be tough! But I will also make it fun.
