As a fully qualified personal trainer, elite level athlete and Sport Physiologist I 100% know and understand the body and its capabilities to do great things… Yes, even yours! 

I fully believe through my experience, being a novice runner, lacking in confidence, hated seeing my body in the mirror and being bullied in school for being overweight. To now feeling more confident and proud of the body and fitness I’ve achieved, running for my Country, Scotland, at global competitions. I can use my vast amount of knowledge, skillset and experience to help you achieve your dream health, physique and fitness goals. 

I will not only transform your body via advanced training methods and tailored nutrition advice, but I will also boost your confidence and self-esteem by instilling a positive “can do” attitude towards your fitness and life, I fully believe you have all the tools inside of you and it’s my job to unlock your true potential.

Personal training is a process in which you will embark on an amazing journey and write a new chapter in your life.
