Fitness and training have always been a part of my lifestyle ever since I was 14 in order to drastically change my health levels along with my mental levels towards exercise and through that made me more inspired to learn about the industry and what it consists of.
Through pushing myself to my own limits and beyond and I managed to change my body image tremendously which inspired me to want to change as many people as I can for the better and have them feel better and healthier also
I studied Fitness and Personal Training in Southampton Solent University for three years and left with a Bachelors degree in it which pushed my determination, knowledge and inspiration of the industry much further towards sharing the knowledge and coaching skills I learnt with many others and hope to continue, inspire and motivate people to the max and give 110% in anything they do!
But trust me when I say the training helps a lot in many mental and physical ways and is a great way to start.
When it comes to my own training my motivation is unparalleled, always thinking and trying new ways of improving myself in a physically, healthy, strong way from powerlifting to bodybuilding to weighted plyometric training and sometimes combining them together to test the body and push through mental barriers and break my limits with a non-stop, self-determined, undying passion that I hope I can share to the world.
