Hi i'm Bex, and I am here to help you!

Health and fitness is extremely important to both physical and mental health and I want to get more people moving and enjoying exercise. This has come from me playing competitive netball from a young age, however I haven't always been confident in the gym. At the beginning of my gym journey I was so anxious to use the weights in case I did the wrong thing. After a while I realised it isn't that bad, everyone is focused on themselves and everyone is at different points in their gym journey. I love pushing myself to lift more weight and would love to show you it's not as scary as it looks, as I know how hard it can be stepping in the gym and the weights area for the first time. 

As a personal trainer I would love you to feel more confident in the gym and more confident in yourself. I want you to reach your goals, no matter how big or small! My main goal is to get you the strongest version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
