Peter Rodwell

After studying Sports Science I began working as a fitness professional in 1998 and progressed from Fitness Instructor to Personal Trainer, to Corrective Exercise Specialist, to Certified Strength Coach and Nutritionist.

Having both an extensive amount of academic knowledge and over 19 years' of practical experience means that I can give my clients exceptional results.
I continue my professional development and have learnt from the world's leading experts like Charles Poliquin (the famous Olympic strength coach), natural physique champions and now Gymnastics Coaches.

Using sports science-based programme design, diet coaching, training periodisation, mobility work, corrective exercise and bio-mechanics I help my clients re-design their bodies to be leaner, stronger, more flexible and healthier.

I have lectured at schools and colleges, been featured in the media, including FHM and Zest magazine and trained actors for film and TV.
