Omar Beccato
Why I became a Personal Trainer
I joint the fitness industry in 2012 to help others as my PT helped me lose lots of weight.
In my 30s, I sustained a minor back injury so I retrained and started teaching adults how to
become Personal Trainers with several companies including PT Academy and YMCA.
I have studied hard and achieved a GP referral qualification along with an Intrinsic
Biomechanics Diploma and Nutrition coach on top of the Personal Training and Fitness
Instructor certificates. Studying was hard and I am now pleased to be able to pass the
knowledge to my clients.
Today, I can help my clients in finding the motivation they need and guide them in exercising
safely at home or in the gym.
How can I help you
I am qualified to help clients with medical conditions or injury
recovery via zoom and in person. I can work alongside your
Osteopath, GP and Physio to help you move better, be fitter
and feel healthier.
I can provide you with the motivation and knowledge you
need to achieve your fitness goals, keeping them realistic
and achievable.
