Several years ago, I joined the gym because I had no self-confidence and thought that if I could improve my strength and tone up, I'd feel better about myself.
After working with a Personal Trainer myself, I saw my abilities in the gym increase every week and realised that I wanted to help other people feel as good as I felt.
With life's constant ups and downs, fitness has vastly improved my body and mind.
