Sick and tired of the same old gym routines?
I help people gain mobility, strength, tone up and fall
back in love with the gym by placing an emphasis on
using natural movement patterns for exercise.
The human body is designed to run, jump, pull, push,
and move in new and challenging ways.
Whether you're a fan of calisthenics, want to learn
how to run your first marathon without injury, or want
to use the gym equipment in a more fun and creative
way, I'm here to support you.
Many of the new gym goers I work with decide to
learn their first Push up and Pull up. People I've been
working with for a longer time decide to learn their
first muscle up and handstand. Other people want to
run their first 5km injury free.
My emphasis is all about longevity. My method
ensures that your body becomes stronger and more
mobile for sports and day to day life, your diet is built
with long term behaviours in mind, and your lifestyle
becomes a long term fix.
