I specialise in both nutrition & functional training which allows me to work on a super in depth 1-1 level with everyone from beginners to more advance gym goers.

Mobility & running; personally, I train Muay Thai and I run ultra marathons. That means a lot of my coaching is influenced by building mobility around your joints and muscles.
